Welcome to ELN.community

This template sharing site is maintained by Deltablot (home of eLabFTW) to allow users of electronic laboratory notebooks to easily share experiment and resource templates. Search for templates by category, organization (ROR), or ORCID, and upload your templates to contribute to open science!
All templates are uploaded in .eln file format (CC by 4.0 license) and assigned a persistent identifier with versioning to facilitate citing.

Please note this is a beta version. It is there to gather feedback on the main needs for such an application.
Some features are not yet implemented, but we are working on them.

  1. Acceptance
    By using eln.community (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
  2. Permitted Use
    You may upload, share and download files within the size and quantity limits set by the Service. You are responsible for keeping any access keys or links secure.
  3. Prohibited Content
    No unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harmful or malicious files. No distribution of malware, phishing materials, or any content that violates privacy or intellectual‑property rights.
  4. Retention & Removal
    Files expire automatically based on the deadline you set. We reserve the right to remove files that breach these Terms or exceed storage limits.
  5. Privacy
    We collect minimal metadata (file IDs, timestamps). No personal data is shared without your consent. See our Privacy Policy for details.
  6. Liability Disclaimer
    The Service is provided “as‑is.” We aren’t liable for data loss, unauthorized access, or damages arising from use or misuse.
  7. Changes to Terms
    We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
